Please email with your child’s name, Date of birth and your full name, home and mobile phone number, plus the day and time you wish to book on.  If you are unsure of your child’s level, please contact me to discuss.

Once I receive the email, I will contact you to advise you if there is space, and hold this space for you for a few days (number of days will be confirmed to you at the time).  Payment is then due straight away within the set time to confirm your space.  Please pay by BACS to Sarah Fernie HSBC Bank.  Sort code 40-19-22.  Account number 91126636.  Please include child’s name in notes, so I can check that you have paid.

Dorking Ducklings Terms & Conditions

Lessons are year round, except for when I have holidays booked.  If this is the case, then the course will either have a 1 or 2 week break in it, or the course will run for a slightly fewer number of weeks at a reduced cost.

If your child has had swimming lessons before it may be possible to start your classes mid way through a course. Subject to space.

Refund Policy

​

You must give Dorking Ducklings 10 days notice before a course is due to start to receive a full refund (except for £15 admin charge). If you wish to cancel your booking within the 10 days of the course starting then you will not receive a refund. Once a course has started no refunds can be given.

Cancellations and Refunds

I am unable to refund any monies for sessions missed because of general illness to either the child or parent/guardian, or for missed lessons because of late arrival or non-attendance.  I am happy for you to have a catch up class on another day if there is space.

There may be circumstances beyond my control, in which the pool might not be available for my lessons. Examples of these circumstances include (but are not limited to) pool closure, damage to the pool, severe weather conditions.

​

Where a lesson(s) is cancelled due to the unavailability of the pool I will try to provide additional lesson(s) make up class(es) within the scheduled course. Where Dorking Ducklings are unable to arrange the additional lesson(s) I will refund you.
